"Thank you for your letter informing us that our Visa had been granted. As you can imagine we are on 'Cloud 9' at the moment.

It seems a long time since we first signed up with your company and at times we felt as if we would never be successful, particularly when it came to trying to get Paul's TRA. We know we could never have managed to get that passed without the expert advice of the various experts on your staff who were on hand to answer our numerous questions. "In August we made the decision to move to Australia. Having no experience in this what so ever we trailed the Internet looking for help. We came across various agency's who claimed to be able to help, but when asked questions had no answers. We then were recommended A new life abroad by our friends who are also making the move. We rang A new life abroad and they sent us an appraisal form to fill out, this was a great way to find out if we were actually eligible for a visa before we went to any expense.
